Is there a way to design a form using rows from a table as the column headers?

Hi Poppy

You could use a crosstab query based on the table and specify whichever
field you wish as Column Headings.

Then create a form based on the crosstab query.

I guess you realise, but this form (& the query) is read-only. Kind regards
