Two questions about Outlook...
1) I have a user that receives RPC errors consistently. They actually
freeze his computer until he can end the program. His mailbox is under
100MB, he doesn't have any indexing programs running, we've given him new
hardware, increased his memory, and even recreated his entire mailbox, I've
run ExTRA and Exmon. It does it in the office and while he's traveling. At
this point I think we've covered client and server side. Does anyone have
any ideas to troubleshoot or any kind of silver bullet to solve this? Please
help.
2) Also, with the same user with the RPC troubles, I've noticed that when we
empty his folders, it still shows his folder as 4KB in size. However if we
connect offline it show 0KB in size. There is nothing in this folder. why
does it still display a size of 4KB if there is nothing in it?
Thank you in advance!
