RPC over HTTP failing when connecting at home

Hello there professionals,

The CEO at my company has an issue where RPC over HTTP is failing when he
returns home from a road trip. The scenario is this: while at the office, his
connection is fine (I have him set to use RPC all the time so he doesn't have
to sync two profiles), he then goes on the road and his connection is fine,
when he gets home, he is no longer able to connect. He does have internet
connectivity at home when this is happening, and last time he had an issue
with this it resolved after a couple hours and he was able to connect.

We are running SBS 2003, Exchange 2003 SP 2 at the office, he is running XP
Pro SP 2, and Outlook 2007 SP1. He is using QWEST DSL with an Actiontec
GT701-WG modem/router and connecting through WI/FI. I have a feeling I am
missing something simple here, but I just cannot put my finger on it.

Again, connection at the office fine, he can then go home and connect fine,
goes on the road and connects fine, but immediately upon returning home from
the road, the connection fails (only at home, office is fine).

Any thoughts you may have on this would be wonderful, a solution would be
even better =) This issue is getting kind of old as by the time I get my
hands on his computer, it has fixed itself (normally this fact alone would
make this a non-issue, but he is an email fanatic and any downtime is
unacceptable).

Many thanks in advance, hopefully someone has a clue.
