"RR box locked" error

After rebuilding my pc and reinstalling Outlook I can
only get one of my email accounts to connect to the POP3
server at ATT. Receive following error "Sending and
Receiving reported error (0x800CCC92): 'Your e-mail
server rejected your login. Verify your user name and
password in your account properties. Under Tools, click E-
mail accounts. The server responded : ?[box]RR box locked'
I've verified the account setting several times. I can
logon via ATT's web interface with these setting so I'm
pretty sure they're right. I have tried removing the
troublesome acccounts from the default Send and Receive
group (put them in there own) but still doesn't work.
Using Outlook 2002, SP 2. Any help?
