RSS Feeds in Inbox

I've been using Outlook for about 16 months.
I've had RSS feeds during that whole time.
The feeds have always landed in the correct folder.
Suddenly several days ago all my feeds started showing up in my Inbox.
I've checked the configuration and it shows feeds will go to the correct
folders.
I don't have any rules that would redirect feeds to my Inbox.

Anyone have an idea why this would be happening?
