RSS feeds stop working

My RSS feeds stop downloading randomly every couple of months. I have to
click each feed and Send/Receive and it starts working again for several
weeks. I have had this oddity since Vista RC2 and the Outlook beta. I am
using Vista Ultimate and Outlook Pro with Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook and
MS Office Tools as the only apps. installed. What am I missing?
