RTF and Outlook 2003

Hi there; I am having a bit of an issue here, I recently moved 180+
mailboxes back to Exchange 5.5 (Exchange 2000 before) ever since then
most of the migrated users are having issues sending mail in RTF many
of them cant view RTF the message arrives in plain text, any help will
be appreciated.
