RTS converter

Would anyone know what is the RTS converter used for in office 2003.
Because i search so many office help and cannot find it, could anybody
can help me

Files with the RTS extension are created by the Robohelp application. AFAIK, there's no Word filter for RTS files. However, you can
download a fully functional, 30-day free trial version of Robohelp from:
https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=robohelp&loc=en_xap.
