Rule: Alert Box Grayed Out

I recently created a rule from a message in my Inbox. When I go try to
change it, the condition field "which is an Alert E-mail" is checked and
grayed out and it will not let me uncheck that condition. I don't want the
rule to be based on whether the message is an alert or not. All I care about
is the sender.

Any idea how to get that condition unchecked?
