Rule based on recipient address

I am having difficulty setting up a rule to forward based on recipient address. My Exchange 2003 mailbox has several smtp addresses defined and I would like to sort messages based upon which smtp address the message was sent to. I have setup various rules (Apply this rule after email arrives with "(e-mail address removed)" in the recipient's address...) to no avail

It appears that on all inbound emails the To address is being updated to show my Display Name. This wasn't the case in Exch 5.5: the To address showed whatever the sender had put in

Any ideas
