Rule: Don't download and delete from server?

Outlook 2003

Is it possible to construct the following rule: If an email contains a
certain word (or is from a particular address, or domain, or whatever) do
not download it, and delete it from the server?

I'm getting hit by emails that are HUGE, and are from "trouble makers" who
are just hitting the 'net. Outlook reports that it's downloading a 40KB msg
(for example), and after many minutes, my Norton AV reports it has deleted a
message containing a particular virus.

I'd rather my computer not waste its time doing this, so I'd like a rule
that will just delete it at the server lever. I don't see an option for "do
not download" and "delete from server."

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Mailwasher, If you look at www.firetrust.com, its anti-spam software and was
suggested to me by my ISP for learning and dealing with spam, set a
rule/filter and it will delete the mail at the server rather than the
client, you can even attempt to bounce the mail and try to remove your
address from the initiating mail server. It supports spam cop/blacklists etc
and is nice and easy to setup and use. You get a full use demo period (15 or
30 days) and it costs under $40. Works fine for me

Yes, can even try to kill the spam in your hotmail (web-mail) account :)
with it. I run it with Outlook XP, all service packed up with the Cigital -
JustBeFreinds dll (stops scripts etc getting into your address book). Works
fine, apart from occasionally hanging when there is a lot of spam to get rid
of (probably more my dialup connection tho'). on the whole I'm happy with
it, I spend a few minutes checking the mail making sure nothing of interest
slips through instead of checking each message and deleting it after it gets
into my inbox.
