Rule For a Group of Email Addresses

Edwin G. Castro

I'm trying to create a rule where I can specify the domain part of the
email address and do something with all emails from that domain. For
example, move all the email I receive from a particular domain to some
folder. Also I'd like to specify that any email that I receive that
was sent to some domain should be moved to some folder.

Suppose the following email exist:

[email protected]
[email protected]
....
[email protected]
....
[email protected]

I'd like to make a rule that moves all email I receive that is from OR
was sent to any of the emails above. Writing a rule for each case is
ridiculous.

Any help would be appreciated!

Use "with specific words in the sender's address" and use @email.com for the specific words.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After a lot of head-scratching, Edwin G. Castro asked:
