Rule for Sent Messages

I want to create a rule that when a send a message to a
particular user it moves it to a folder. Here is the
catch. If the message is also addressed to
any "internal" users I do not want the rule to run.

Can this be done?

OL 2003 rules wizard can have:

Apply this rule after I send the message
sent to <people or distribution list>
move a copy to the <folder> folder
except with <specific words> in the recipient's address
and stop processing more rules

There doesn't seem to be a "delete it" action, so you'll possibly have a
second copy in the Sent Items folder.
