Rule Import moving from PST to Exchange

I migrated the CEOs email off POP to Exchange 2003. He needs his old
rules. When I go to import them I get a message that say some of the
options are not selected. If I click okay the rules will be disabled.

When I open the rules back up they are all Red and have the word Error
next to them. Same file structure.

Ideas?

Same file structure, but different location. You'll need to select all the folders to fix them.
