Rule problem- multiple folders-is there a limit??

That is my problem too. Outlook 2002, The first four
folders work fine. But if I set up another folder and set
a rule to move the email from the inbox to the folder
then it give me this message:

Task 'prelaunch - Sending and Receiving' reported error
(0x800CCC0F) : 'The connection to the server was
interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your
server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

What does this error message mean? The email is in my
pop3 email on my webhost. It is just not being downloaded.
Is there some rule that you cant have more than 4 folders
with rules??
