Rule to archive email attachments but keep email body in active in

I would want to create a rule whereby I am able to immediately move all
incoming emails with attachments to created sort folders in my archive AND at
the same time retain copies of these emails (WITHOUT the attachment) in my
designated inbox folders. Is it possible to do this???

You can do the first step (copy items which contain attachments to another
folder).
For the second step you'll need to use VBA or a 3rd party addin such as;

into specified folder and replace them by link to the file. Also Attachments
Processor for Outlook can recover attachments when you will forward messages
with generated links.
