Rule to Delete Attachments from Email when Sent in Outlook

I would like to see MS incorporate a rule in Outlook that would strip the
attachment of a sent message. This feature is available in Entourage:Mac,
and it is very usefull. It's surprising it hasn't made it into Outlook.
