I receive daily messages from various subscription services. Using rules,
some of these are forwarded to others in my organization, a copy being
automatically placed in the sent folder. I would like to permanently delete
the copy from the sent folder. In Outlook 2003, there does not seem to be an
option to delete sent emails. I notice that there is an option to "perform a
custom action", but I am not familiar with this. Can anyone advise, please?
