Rule to move message to folder AFTER reading it

One of my user's says she had this before, but I cannot
duplicate through Rules Wizard: How do set up a rule to
move a message from the inbox to a specified folder AFTER
the user reads it. Rules Wizard only allows moving a
message upon receipt in the inbox (when the message is
still unread). Thanks much for any help

I don't believe the user. I don't think it can be done without running a
rule manually.
