Hi
Our PA's receive calendar appointments for all of the managers that they
look after. If I invite a manager to a meeting, the PA will also receive
the calendar appointment that they can respond to as required.
If a PA goes on vacation for a week, they will return to find a number of
appointments that are out of date and have already been actioned by the
manager.
Is there a way to set up a rule (or similar) that can automatically delete
any appointments that are sent when the PA is not in the office? Obviously
if it was set up as a rule, then the PA would need to turn the rule on /
off.
We are using Outlook XP
Thanks in advance
