My question is, there is a rule in Outlook 2003 and 2007 which allows you to
send your email to another folder, in my case, the Tasks folder. However,
when you send it that way, it goes into tasks as an email. You can drag an
email and drop it into tasks and it converts to a task, but if you send it by
rule, it stays an email. Does anyone know how to get it to convert to a
task? We need to automate that portion because of the volume of email coming
in, which are actually service requests, and it would be perfect if we can
get them to come in as tasks.
