Several users at my agency reported they can no longer use the rule
option when their spreadsheet is in the Normal View. Users at ou
agency do not like the page layout view for Excel. The option is mute
on my end too and all of my Excel Options are correct. I checked unde
Excel Options > Advanced. What are we doing wrong? Has Microsoft mad
some changes?
