I recently upgraded to Outlook XP from 2000, and now my rules do not run
automatically. All my mail comes into my inbox (personal folders), then sits
there. The rules only run if I launch the Rules Wizard - I don't have to do
anything, simply launch the wizard. In 2000 the rules worked before messages
entered inbox.
