XP SP2
THe send/receive dialog box won't appear when I click the option, but the
scheduled send/receives still happen, same with rules/alerts, rules and
alerts setup from previous version that got imported work, but when i click
on rules and alerts the box never appears.
Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling outlook and the entire office
suite, no change.
Help.
