Rules & Alerts based on Address list

Hey all,
I get so much spam that I'd like to set up a rule that treats every
message that is NOT from someone in my address book as spam and send it
to another folder. I set up one using the "Sender is in Contacts
Address book", but it does nothing. I see no other options.

Is there a way to do this?
