Rules and Alerts of Script?

Is there a way to have a message opened and saved as a file using Rules and
Alerts or would this have to be a script file?
If a script, would someone already have a script to accomplish this?

For Outlook, this sample saves a new message that comes into your inbox as a
file:
http://www.vboffice.net/sample.html?mnu=2&pub=6&smp=7&cmd=showitem&lang=en

The file path must exist already.

If you also want to open it you can insert this before calling the SaveAs
method:
oMail.Display
