When we go to TOOLS, RULES and ALERTS, the rules screen
flashes very rapidly, then disappears. We're running OL
2003 on XP SP1 W/S and Exchange Server 2003. It is a
user based issue. Some users ok on all machines, some
users having the issue on all machines. We've tried
repairs and no luck. It used to work for some, now it
doesn't.
