When we go to Tools, Rules and Alerts, the window flashes very
rapidly, then dissappears. Some of our users are experiencing this.
I've seen other posts about it, but no solution. Can anyone shed some
light on it? It is a user based issue, but wiping out the profile
doesn't always work. Outlook 2003 running on XP Pro SP1.
