Hi,

I am trying to create a rule which takes READ Email from 1 user and move to
a folder. Can someone advise me please.

note: unread Email from the user remains in the inbox

Not possible since rules work when items are received. Why sort your email
by read/unread in the first place? You can achieve this by custom views and
Search Folders as well. Then you can use rules to directly move the email to
their correct location when it's being received. This saves a lot in the
manual archiving of emails.
