Rules and Alerts

Hi,

I created a rule that moves all messages from a domain to a folder under my
inbox. This used to work but not anymore.

The rule is as follows:

Apply this rule after the message arrives from xyz.com move it to the xyz
folder.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Thanks for the reply.

No no other new rules, and that's the problem, the rule doesn't process the
mail. The incoming mail stays in the Inbox

Any other ideas?

Thanks

You're welcome

Have you already deleted and recreated this rule?

Thanks again,

I run the outlook with the /cleanclientrules and the rules are still in
place. If I delete them manually I have the feeling that when I recreate
the rule it will still not work.

Where can I find the pst file you mentioned where the rules are stored?

Thanks

I guess i have to reboot and start again. I use Exchange as my server and
all data is held there. I know where to find the Offline Data File, but
other than that I don't have a PST

Ok,

I run with the /cleanrules and the rules disappeared. I recreated the rule
that moves all the messages from the whole domain and still does not run.

:(

I finally made it work. I changed the rule to check the domain in the
sender's address instead

Thanks for the help and patience
