Rules and Duplicate Emails

I am receiving duplicate Emails from one person where I have a rule setup.
If I delete the rule, I receive only one at a time but as soon as I create a
rule, I get a duplicate. Other rules in my config works fine.

Any ideas?

Resolution:

1. export rules: tools>rules and alerts>options>export rules (save to your
desktop .. filename.wrz)
2. close outlook | from the run command type: outlook /cleanrules clears
all rules from the exchange mailbox
3. import rules: tools>rules and alerts>options>import rules from desktop
location filename.wrz
