I am using outlook 2003.
I have a rule that plays a sound when I receive messages form a particular
person.
When I run the rule manually, it works fine (plays a sound on mails aready
in the inbox) But does not work automaticaly when the mail arrives.
However, as soon as I send any mail (to anyone) the rule gets applied on
the messages already in the inbox.
I also noticed that the rule gets applied after a few hours automatically.
