Rules disappear in Outlook 2003

I looked over a tech article about corrupt Rules when
using multiple versions of Outlook. I only use 2003 and
the web outlook (Exchange 2003) and I only setup my rules
in the Outlook 2003. All of a sudden all my rules
vanished. Anyone know whats up with that?
