Rules + Exchange + Entourage 2004

I have a client who is an Entourage 2004 user and his primary email account
is an Exchange account. He has rules set up to move certain emails to
specific folders when they are received. This type of rule works fine on his
POP mail which is received in the Inbox in his "On My Computer" area, but
not on his Exchange Inbox. Any thoughts on this, anyone?

POP rules will only work for POP accounts. Have your user check Tools
--> Rules... and make sure he's creating rules specific for Exchange
accounts.
