Does nayone know how to make a rule for Outlook contacts that makes it so If
I get an email from anyone in my ocntacts lists that it goes to a certain
folder. I ahve played with it a bit. If I select the contact list directly,
it makes it client side which I do not want. If I use distribution list, it
does not like that and justs adds the users from the distribution group.
I want it to be dynamic where eithe rI select a contact folder or I select a
distribution list and then when it is updated that it dynamically know and
forwards the emails from the new people to the same folder.
I do not want it client side as I ahve several machines I access my email
from including Outlook Web Access and I just want it to work on the server so
my rules are always in place.
