rules for non english emails

How to filter non english emails to a different folder or flag them using
rules?

I'm using Outlook2003

You can block certain encoding lists in your Junk E-mail settings.
Via rules you can check if the body contains common English words such as
"and", "or", "you" and "the".
Of course that last one could still filter out correct emails or let through
spam messages depending on the words that you have configured.

I need only english emails to be in my inbox and others to be moved to Lang
folder.. How to set rules?

Using rules I was able to move english emails to a different folder but not
vice versa

Change the logic of the rule. Create a rule that moves all messages EXCEPT
for those matching the strings you were using to locate English messages.

I do not find any options to move all messages EXCEPT for those matching the
strings.. I can only find 'With a specific word in body' but I need something
like 'without a specific word in body'

If you post the text of rule you created that kept other languages in the
Inbox and moved English and I'll post the rule that will do the opposite.

I know that. I'm asking you to post the text of the rule you tried to define
that did the opposite of what you wanted. In a prior message you said, "Using
rules I was able to move english emails to a different folder but not vice
versa." I want to see what you tried.

Oh no.. that was a scrap.. Actually it filtered all emails.. :)

any other suggestions?

Sorry, but I have no idea what you intended to say here.

Roady's idea still holds, then. Make a rule that moves all messages to the
Lang folder, but add an exception using the strings he suggested.

Again it is the same case.. filtered all my mails..

Rele I setup is to filter emails with 'and' or 'the' or 'or' or 'to' or
'you' or 'our' in the subject or body.
