Rules I deleted are still active when email is downloaded

How do I stop entourage from running rules I've already deleted. I keep getting an error message stating that the message cannot be processed because there is an error with the rules. How can I stop this from happening?

Did you eliminate the Mailing List Manager rules?

Didn't see that at first but kinda guessed while I was waiting for a response. Thanks a bunch and yes, that worked :)

Most folks don't even realize that the Mailing List Manager creates rules
and that these rule run first. It's also easy to accidentally create a
Mailing List Manager rule when marking a message as junk. Since they run
first, users will see all mail going to the wrong folder.

There are 3 different kind of rules in Entourage:

Mailing List Manager (MLM)
Junk Mail Filter
Rules (custom rules you create)

They run in the order listed above. The custom rules also run in the order
they are listed. (top runs first)
