Rules in Error

Every time I open outlook, This message pops up. I have
erased all my rules using the rule wizard but this still
comes up every time I boot up. Any ideas how to fix it?

You might try starting Outlook with the /CleanRules switch. That switch is
available in OL2003, not sure if it's there in 2002 or not, but it's worth a
try.

Okay, Figured out how to do that but it is an invalid
switch. Any other ideas?
