rules in error

I have a user that when they launch Outlook XP (2002) SP2.

They get a dialog box that pops up.

Rules in Error

Rule:
Server-Requested Client Action

Error:
MoveCopy, Unable to create dest msg.
********************************************************
If I go into rules wizard there are no rules enabled.
This seems like it is a server-side rule although they
are using client-side rules.

I have posted this problem 2 other times and haven't
received a reply.
Any help on figuring this out would be appreciated.
