Rules not imported from OE6

Hello,

I am moving from OE6 to Outlook 2002 and have a bunch of rules to import
(including anti-spam rules).

Curiously, the Outlook import feature imports only a few rules, without any
apparent logic...

Is there anything I can do to import ALL my OE rules ?
