Need help moving messages & folders from Outlook Express 6 to Outl

I need assistance importing messages and folders from Outlook Express 6 to
Outlook 2002 (aka Outlook XP).

WHAT I'VE DONE SO FAR:

On the older computer, I exported messages from OE6 to .dbx stores, and also
exported the folders to a .wab file.

On the new computer, I successfully imported the (many) folders and messages
from the stores into OE6. All folders were recreated and all messages placed
in the correct folders. No problem here, stores files are good.

My client wants to change her email client from OE6 to Outlook 2002 (from
Office XP). I have been unable to import the stores & folders into Outlook
2002. Outlook 2002 import options from OE are only OE versions 4.x and 5
(reasonable since OE6 didn't exist in 2002).

OE6 does not appear to have an option of saving the stores in OE4 or 5
format, which is apparently different from OE6.

Any suggestions about how to get the messages & folders from OE6 to Outlook
2002 would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

In Outlook Express, use File menu > Export and export your messages to
Outlook.
