My firm just switched to MS Exchange. I monitor the firms "info@" account
and of course have my own "user@" account. With the old system I had a rule
setup to deliver any mail that was sent to "info@" to a folder named "Info".
With Exchange, I set the "info@" account as an alias to myself in Active
Directory. Now, when ever mail comes to either address, Outlook treats it
all as just being sent to me, effectively nullifying my old rule. The work
around I am using is to scan the header for the phrase "info@" and then move
it accordingly. The problem is that in the Junk Email folder I want to be
able to see *quickly* which mail was sent to "info@" and which was sent to
"user@". (I realize that I can open each mail individually and view the
options to get the header detail, but this is a pain) Is this possible? Do
I have to set up a dummy AD account (for "info") to get the level of detail I
am used to? I would like to be able to add a field that would read which
address it was sent to rather than which AD user is associated with that
address.
