Like others, I have set up rules to move specific emails from my inboxes to
folders, but it seems as if the emails are simply being copied to the
folders. I have specifically used the "move messages" commande, not the "move
a copy to the specified folder" because I don't want copies or duplicates; I
want the email to move to the folder.
A user (Brian T) had suggested to admin to use "Stop processing more rules."
However, I am running a series of rules (~ 8-9), and this command to stop
the copies also stops any of my other rules from processing. How can I fix
the one problem without creating the other?! Help!
