Hi ... I'm looking to update a range of my corporate websites and was
wondering what the rules and regulations are with using Microsofts Online
Clipart?

Thanks,

Hi All,

I've managed to come across a post by another user ... Sahen ... who managed
to get a "response" ... quote ... "I cannot give you any other advice than
for you to read the EULA, pay close attention to section 1.2 ...
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/tou.aspx" ... "I assume it is okay to use
the images as part of a web site as long as it is not included in your logos
and you are not selling the clipart." ... so I guess it's OK then???

Walts.

Hi Walter
If you have a valid license to Office, you can use the clips:

Personal items
Business items, under the following restrictions:

1. The clip should not be used as a part of your logo.
2. If you are selling an item which depicts the clip, the clip cannot be
the primary value of the item ( you cannot sell a clipart collection or sell
a book of just clipart, etc)
