Rules returns "cannot move to folder" error

I'm using outlook 2000 and I have set a rule to sort mail
into a particular folder, that Does Exist, but Outlook
fails to move it from the inbox into the folder. It gives
me a Cannot Move to Folder error message, then inactivates
the rule.
