I have a dozen or so client rules set to run in Outlook 2003 to move incoming
messages to specific folders. Some Rules work ok, some only run after a delay
(up to 5-10 minutes) and some don't run at all automatically, but will
process correctly if I run them manually. I can't see any pattern in this
behaviour so far. I recently upgraded from Outlook 200, but created the rules
from scratch.
Any suggestions?.
