I have a set of rules that separate message by account. Each account
has it's own folder. I'll call this Account Rules.
I have another set of rules that separate the message into special
categories (each category with its own folder) regardless of the
account that it came from. I'll call this Catagory Rules.
Initially, I was running the Category Rules before the Account Rules.
That way I could make sure that I move the messages related to the
categories I set before processing the rest by account.
The problem I was running into is that I would get two of the same
message into each of my categories. The other problem I was running
into was that some of my catgegory rules would miss many of the
emails. Does anyone know of a way to prevent this from happening?
Thanks!
