Outlook 2003 (11.5608.5703) seems to add the mail icon to the tray -- even
when the only mail that was received triggered an email that stated that it
should be Permanently Deleted. Please do not show the mail icon in this case.
Strangely enough, the only way I could find to clear the tray mail icon was
to execute the Empty the "Delete Items" Folder -- when in fact the Deleted
Items folder message stated that "There are no items to show in this view".
