Rules to delete emails if they remain unread?

Is there a rule that exists to do the above within outlook? i.e email isnt
read within 3 hours - send to the delete folder.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, CFL asked:
