I have a shared mailbox set up with 15 adminstrators who have restricted access (can reply, forward but not delete). Each user has their own 'To Do' folder e.g. Emily - To Do. The manager is set up with Full Access and I have used her access to create rules
I would like to set up message rules for our 75 contacts so that their emails are automatically distributed to the folder of the administrator responsible. I set up approx. 55 rules but received a message that rule memory had been exceeded (apparently there is a 32MB packed data limit on rules). I then tried setting up a distribution list of contacts for each administrator in the company address book (15 lists) in the hope of taking up less memory, and applying the rule 'if this email is from this distribution list move to this folder' but this rule does not work
Does anyone know how to apply a rule to a distribution list correctly
